Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining the overall performance of the store. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in coaching and mentoring the team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Supervise and support the retail sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    – Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
    – Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales associates.
    – Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, in line with company standards.
    – Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
    – Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and merchandising.
    – Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
    – Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management on sales trends, customer feedback, and staff performance.
    – Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
    – Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns within the store.
